At the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we have no actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as defined in applicable law) personal information about persons under the age of 16.

We will not discriminate against you on the basis of your exercise of any of these rights. Before providing a substantive response to your request, we may be required to collect information from you (e.g. email address or account information) in order to verify your identity. In accordance with the provisions of applicable law, the User may appoint an authorized proxy to submit an application on behalf of the User in order to exercise the User's rights. Before we accept such a request, we will require the attorney to provide the appropriate mandate to act on your behalf, and we may also require you to verify your identity directly with us. We will respond to the application submitted by the User in a timely manner, in accordance with the requirements of the applicable law.
We use Shopify advertising services, e.g. Shopify Audiences to personalize the ads displayed on third-party websites. To opt out of personalized advertising on third-party services operated by Shopify, please visit https://privacy.shopify.com.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about how we process your personal information, please contact us using the contact details provided below. If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, then depending on your place of residence you may have the right to appeal against our decision (by contacting us using the contact details provided below) or to lodge a complaint with the competent local data protection authority. Foreign users
Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside your country of residence. Your personal information is also processed by employees and third-party service providers and partners in these countries.
If we transfer your personal information outside of Europe, we will rely on recognised data transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or any equivalent documents adopted by the competent authority in the United Kingdom, unless the data is transferred to a country that has been found to provide an adequate level of protection.
The right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement
1. The consumer in accordance with art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which the Consumer came into possession of the Products or on which a third party indicated by the Consumer other than the Courier came into possession of the Products.
2. The Consumer may inform the Seller of the desire to exercise the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement in writing by sending the appropriate statement to the address: apparence.co@gmail.com with a note: "Apparence - withdrawal from the contract" The Consumer can use the model of the withdrawal form from the Sales Agreement, which is Annex No. 1 to these Regulations. Using the pattern is not mandatory.
3. To meet the deadline for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement, it is enough to send information regarding the exercise of the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement before the deadline for withdrawal from the Sales Agreement.
4. In the event of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement in the manner described above, the Sales Agreement is considered not concluded.
5. The Seller returns all payments received from the Consumer, including the costs of delivery of the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the Consumer other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by the Store), immediately, and in any case not later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed about the decision to exercise the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement.
6. The Seller shall refund the payment using the same payment methods as those used in the original transaction, unless the Consumer agrees to a different solution. The consumer can indicate the bank account number to which the Seller will refund the funds. In any case, the Consumer does not incur any fees in connection with this return. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Product is received or until the Seller is provided with proof of its return, depending on which event occurs first.
7. The Consumer is obliged to return the Products to the Seller immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the Sales Agreement. The deadline is met if the Consumer sends the returned Product before the expiry of the 14-day period to the address: Apparence Sp.zo.o.Opolska 77 46-050 Kosorowice Polska with the note: "Apparence - return"
8. The consumer covers the direct costs of returning the goods by way of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement (costs of sending the Product to the Seller). The seller does not accept parcels sent back at the expense of the recipient.
9. The consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the Product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
10. Above the Consumer's rights referred to in § 8 para. 1 of the Regulations, the Seller voluntarily grants all Customers the contractual opportunity to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving a reason by submitting an appropriate statement to the Seller in writing within 30 days from the date of taking possession of the Products by the Customer, provided that the returned Products are complete, free of traces of use and damage. In order to preserve the possibility of using the additional return right described above, the Customer should handle the Product and check it only to the extent that he could make a purchase in a stationary store (e.g. The customer should only try on the Product, but should not use it). The possibility of withdrawing from the Sales Agreement on the terms indicated in this § 8 para. 10 of the Regulations does not violate or limit the Consumer's rights to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving a reason, in accordance with art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act and other rights of the Consumer resulting from the Consumer Rights Act.
11. If the Customer exercises the contractual right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement without giving the reason referred to in paragraph 10 above, the provisions of § 8 para. 2-9 of the Regulations. The Customer and the Seller are obliged to return to each other what they provided each other unchanged. The Customer is obliged to deliver the Seller a complete shipment with the Product in an unchanged condition no later than within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. The costs of returning the Product to the Seller are covered by the Customer. The seller does not accept parcels sent back at the expense of the recipient. In the event of an effective withdrawal from the Sales Agreement on the terms indicated in § 8 para. 10 of the Regulations, the return of the Product will be accepted, and no later than within 14 days the Customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for a given Order.
Product complaints
1. In the event of non-compliance of the Product with the concluded Sales Agreement, the Consumer is entitled to the rights specified in the Consumer Rights Act.
2. The Seller is responsible for the lack of compliance of the Product with the Sales Agreement existing at the time of its delivery and disclosed within two years from that moment, unless the shelf life of the Product, specified by the Seller, is longer.
3. If the Product does not comply with the Sales Agreement, the Consumer may request its repair or replacement.
4. The Seller may make an exchange when the Consumer requests a repair or the Seller may make a repair if the Consumer requests an exchange if bringing the Product into compliance with the Sales Agreement in the manner chosen by the Consumer is impossible or would require excessive costs for the Seller.
5. If repair and replacement are impossible or would require excessive costs for the Seller, he may refuse to bring the Product into compliance with the Sales Agreement.
6. In the cases specified by the Act, if the Product does not comply with the Sales Agreement, the Consumer may submit a statement of price reduction or withdrawal from the Sales Agreement. This applies to the situation when:
a) the Seller refused to bring the Product into compliance with the Agreement due to the impossibility of repair or replacement or excessive costs associated with it,
b) the Seller did not bring the Product to compliance with the Sales Agreement within a reasonable time from the moment when it was informed by the Consumer about the lack of compliance of the Product with the Sales Agreement, and without excessive inconvenience for the Consumer, taking into account the specificity of the Product and the purpose for which the Consumer purchased it;
c) despite the attempts made by the Seller to bring the Product into compliance with the Sales Agreement, this lack of this deficiency still occurs,
d) the non-compliance of the Product with the Sales Agreement is enough It is important that it justifies the price reduction or withdrawal from the Agreement without prior use of the protection measures indicated in paragraph 3
e) it is clear from the Seller's statement or circumstances that it will not bring the Product to compliance with the Sales Agreement within a reasonable time or without excessive inconvenience for the Consumer.
7. The consumer may not demand withdrawal from the Sales Agreement if the lack of conformity of the Product with the Sales Agreement is insignificant.
8. Complaints due to the non-compliance of the Product with the concluded Sales Agreement can be reported by sending the advertised Product to the Store at the address: ApparenceOpolska 77 46-050 Kosorowice Polska With the note "Apparence-complaint" Please attach to the advertised Product proof of purchase (e.g. a copy of the receipt or VAT invoice) and a description of the noticed defect together with the determination of the Consumer's request. The consumer can use the complaint form template. 9. The seller will respond to the complaint no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission.
