ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store operated at Apparence.pl.

The Store operates via the Shopify platform and carries out retail sales of sportswear over the Internet.
The Store may be contacted by e-mail or via the contact form available on the website.

2. Definitions

Store – the online store operated by the Seller via the Shopify platform.
Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organisational unit making purchases in the Store.
Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
Goods – sportswear offered in the Store.
Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the Store.

3. Placing Orders

Orders may be placed through the Store’s website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To place an order, the Customer selects a product, adds it to the cart, and then proceeds to the checkout form.

Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

After the order has been placed, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been accepted for processing.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed in the Store are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) or euro (EUR) and include VAT, where applicable.

The Store offers the following payment methods:

• online payment via Przelewy24
• payment card: Visa, MasterCard
• other payment methods made available through Shopify

Delivery costs are displayed during the ordering process and are added to the total order value.

5. Delivery

The Store delivers within Poland and to selected EU countries.

Orders are delivered by courier services or parcel locker services, depending on the Customer’s selected delivery method.

Order processing time is usually 1 to 5 business days.

The Store shall not be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

A Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.

Returned products must show no signs of use and must have their original tags attached.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a statement of withdrawal to the Store’s e-mail address. A model withdrawal form is available on the Store’s website.

The Goods must be returned without undue delay, and no later than within 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal statement was submitted.

The direct cost of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Customer, unless stated otherwise.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise.

7. Complaints

The Customer has the right to submit a complaint if the Goods received are defective or not in conformity with the order.

Complaints should be submitted to the Store’s e-mail address together with a description of the defect and a photo of the product, if possible.

Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of the date of receipt.

If the complaint is accepted, the Store shall, as appropriate, replace the Goods, repair them, or issue a refund.

8. Personal Data and Cookies

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfilment and customer service, in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Final Provisions

The Store reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions. In each case, the version published on the website at the time the order is placed shall apply.

Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable provisions of Polish law, including the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.

These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 1 June 2025.
