Returns Policy

1. Return period and conditions
The customer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the shipment, without providing any reason.
Returned products must show no signs of use and must have their original tags attached.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery return shipments.

2. Return costs
The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.

3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date we receive notification of the withdrawal from the contract or from the date we receive the returned shipment – whichever occurs first.
Please note that it may take 2–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on the selected payment method.

The return form is available for download [here].
It must be completed (either by hand or electronically), printed, signed, and enclosed with the return shipment.

Returns via courier or postal service

The return shipment may be sent using any method (e.g. DHL or a courier service) to the following address:

The product should be carefully packed and secured for transport to prevent damage.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

or in the InPost mobile app.

Submitting the form constitutes acceptance of this condition.

Product complaints

Despite our quality control procedures, there may be occasional cases where a received product has a defect. In such a situation, we kindly ask you to contact us via the e-mail address provided in the Contact section.
To speed up the complaint process, please include your order number, the name of the defective product, and a detailed description of the defect.
